Order Processing Time

Designs from our collection: 3–5 working days

Custom designs: 7–10 working days

Please note: If we are receiving a high volume of orders or during public holidays, your order might be slightly delayed. Don’t worry — we’ll always notify you in advance.

Shipping

We currently ship to Gulf countries only.
Delivery usually takes 7–15 days, depending on your location.

We accept secure payments through:

  • Visa Card

  • Apple Pay

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake from our side, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll gladly fix the issue.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Custom Designs & Rights

We’re happy to accept your custom designs!

  • If the design is personal or unique, we’ll never reuse it for another customer.

  • If the design is trending or commonly requested, we may use similar versions in future orders.
