No Refunds or Exchanges

At Sparkle, all our products are custom-made with care, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear mistake from our side (such as the wrong design, size, or color). If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and share photos so we can review and solve the problem.
