No Refunds or Exchanges
At Sparkle, all our products are custom-made with care, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear mistake from our side (such as the wrong design, size, or color). If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and share photos so we can review and solve the problem. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach us via WhatsApp or email — we’re always happy to help!
